چکیده
Introduction. Bleeding scoring systems are used for predicting the risk of a specific primary outcome in population. In this article, we present frequently internist practice. acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Are divided into clinical, endoscopic, and combined systems, according to type variables included. Besides traditional (Rockall, Glasgow-Blatchford), primarily clinical patients with atrial fibrillation on anticoagulant therapy. We refer most significant - ATRIA, HAS-BLED, and ORBIT. Since prognostic performance existing is less than satisfactory, medical organizations suggest they should be recognizing who deserve close monitoring during myocardial infarction treated percutaneous coronary intervention. ACUITY-HORIZONS was proven superior other bleeding within 30 days transradial disorders. Scoring enable detection disorders before performing laboratory tests. Considering frequency severity symptoms, newer have been developed pediatric population self-testing by modifying original system. Conclusion. Although encourage implementation practice, development enhanced requires comprehensive approach critical analysis systems.
